The Property
The island features a main waterfront residence with an openβconcept layout, HaΓΙ«zaqv art, two bedrooms, full laundry facilities, a covered deck, and panoramic views. A central waterfront gathering space includes 2,000 square feet of covered dining, expansive views, and a commercial kitchen. Two identical 300βsquareβfoot guest cabins share laundry facilities and each include a twoβburner cooktop, bar fridge, wood stove, queen bed, futon sofa, and private bathroom. The 1,300βsquareβfoot hilltop lodge offers a customizable layout with a cooktop, bar fridges, wood stove, propane heater, private bathroom, and a sleeping loft with two queen beds. Additional structures include a stewardβs cabin, wood shop, smoke house, boat storage building, an open fire pit, and a covered fire pit. The island is serviced by fresh water, 9.5 kW of solar power with diesel backup, nearly a mile of established roads, and 200 feet of sheltered dock space. All furnishings and maintenance equipment are included.
