Kingston Key

Kingston Key is a 12-acre turnkey paradise of breathtaking views and quiet retreat nestled among one of the most pristine wildlife estuaries along the east coast of South Carolina. There are eight home sites, all with utilities and permits in place, that encircle the island, each ranging from 0.75 to 1.2 acres in size. Each site reveals panoramic views of scenic ocean, other lush islands, the Morgan river, or the blue-green salt marshes along the causeway. The island offers rare access by yacht or by car through a gated, locked, private causeway of half a mile of paved road lined with palm trees. If you are seeking a peaceful getaway or a serene retreat for relaxing activities this is your ideal location.

About Kingston Key

When you enter the island, you cross the threshold into the scenic world of nature. Sunrises and sunsets illuminate the sky behind a canopy of picturesque palm trees and magnificent live oaks draped in Spanish moss. Enjoy the stunning panorama of St. Helena Sound, one of the most unspoiled inlets on the Atlantic Coast.

The prime location of the island, just off of the Intracoastal Waterway, makes Kingston Key a boater's paradise. Nature walks and bird watching by the 2.5 acre man made lagoon lagoon and along the beach also offer unique sights of wildlife. For those who enjoy a good game of golf, there are numerous premier courses to choose from within a short drive of the island.

A large, private boat dock exists but does need to be re-built.

Although secluded, the island lies approximately 8 miles from historic Beaufort, 6 miles from Fripp Island. Situated near enough to other cities to meet personal needs, easily accessible by car, yet far enough into the ACE Basin National Wildlife Refuge for privacy.
