This South Pacific Developer’s Dream with a full master plan–developed by an internationally renowned firm and approved by the municipality– is a project that unites over 800 acres (320 Ha) in the South Pacific region of Costa Rica. The bay is inside a natural reserve and the property has 3km of bay front, where you can practice world-class fishing. The Osa Peninsula lies across the water and has been described by National Geographic as one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth.
