The Island

Our private island, off the coast of Placencia, caters to travelers looking for an exotic and fun vacation that is also authentic and natural. The island resort has everything you need to ensure a great time, whether it's for a day or a week.

Dining

Lionfish Grill: Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the Lionfish Grill offers unique and tasty menu items cooked with local produce (some grown in our own organic island garden!) and the freshest seafood.

• Breakfast: 7 am to 10 am.

• Lunch: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

• Dinner: 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, featuring seasonal menus with fresh seafood and local produce.
