Ilha de Itaoquinha is an island with an area of 10,000m², with a colonial style main house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The island also has a separate house with two rooms and other dependencies. Located in an allocated space, generators are installed and solar energy controls can be found.

The architect Sergio Bernardes and gallery owner Giovanna Bonino, were previous owners of the island and leaving behind their marks of taste and creativity, embellishing it with landscaping and design of bridges, wharf and more.

The contemplation of the exuberant nature and even the beautiful view of the bay confirm the heavenly ambiance of the place.

In addition to being able to enjoy the private beach, a 50 m² pool is surrounded by a stone and wood deck and many water sports are available for your leisure.

Ilha de Itaoquinha is located near Port of São Gonçalo/COMPERJ/Petrobras. The island is of interest to naval projects and is an offshore base.
