Enjoy 360 degree views ofthe famous candy-striped lighthouse and pristine waters from every location on site: from your room, the comfort of your private deck, or while relaxing in the hot tub.

The comfortable, tropically appointed home has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath and separate entrances. The master suite has a duel shower and Jacuzzi tub, while the other bedroom has 2 twins which can be converted into a comfortable king, and a tub/shower combination. There is also an outside shower and a hot tub. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The living room and dining room literally open to allow the outside to spill right in. The ocean breezes generally keep you well cooled, but there are air conditioners in the bedrooms should you feel the need to use them.

The island has its own private dock, should you arrive in your own craft or choose to rent a boat during your stay from one of the many fine local rental agencies.

The surrounding turquoise seas are teeming with abundant marine life and are yours to enjoy from above and below the waterline. Grab a mask and fins and jump right in, or go by boat and dive the reefs. The fishing is excellent, whether you choose to fish with a rod and reel or a camera. Clean your catch at your fish cleaning station on your private dock, and then prepare it yourself or have a chef do so in the comfort of your own kitchen. Or, you can take it to a number of local establishments that would be happy to prepare it to your specifications for you to enjoy.

The charming settlement of Hopetown itself is less than a minute away. Yachts from around the world glide by as they navigate into one of the most popular and picturesque harbours in the Bahamas. Count the shooting stars and marvel at the Milky Way at night after you've watched a stunning sunset.

There is no resident staff - you have complete privacy. However, our caretaker is right across the water and will be happy to assist you should you need him. He is the one to greet you when you arrive, assist in your departure and to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. He can help enhance your visit by arranging, for an additional fee, services such as massages, chefs, additional housekeeping, babysitters and adventures like a beach picnic, sightseeing, diving or fishing charters to name a few suggestions.

Eagle Rock and Hopetown are easily reached by commercial and charter air carriers from the United States and within the Bahamas. Most visitors arrive in Marsh Harbour at the International Airport, and after a short taxi ride and a water ferry, arrive in our paradise.

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Please add an additional $500.00 per person per week to the price. There is a 10% upcharge for high season (December 15 until May 15), holiday period (July 4), and the start of lobster season (August 1).
