5.5 acre boat access island, in McGregor Bay located in the western archipelago of Killarney Park. Only 2km from Still Water Marina. The island is 80 minutes from Sudbury, Ontario, which has the closest major airport to the island. The island is outfitted with 200 amp electrical service, and septic system. New dock and walkway upgrades completed in 2021. LTE cell service is available throughout the island.

The island has 1 main building with wrap-around decking, a large amount of windows for natural light, 3 bedrooms, and 3pc bathroom. Large open concept living room/dining room with cedar walls and ceiling. Hardwood floors throughout. Building is equipped with electric heat, central stone fireplace, and large operational Findlay cooking stove. The main building has existing TV services, and could have Wifi installed, making it perfect for remote work. Building is well insulated and is capable of being used year round (including the winter). Kitchen has plenty of counter space and cupboards, 2 pantries, and 5 appliances.
The island is in a location protected from high winds, and suitable for a floatplane to land in its surrounding waters.

Beautiful views, and limitless potential for fishing, hunting, and wildlife spotting. Clear, clean, cool water that is always refreshing to swim in in the summer months. The island's forest includes cedar, oaks, maple, and Georgian Pine. In the winter time, the island can be accessed by automobile or snowmachine.

- 1 shed with electrical service, 1 shed without.

- Heated workshop complete with electrical service, wrap around decking, and wood stove.

- Bunk house with fireplace in living room, large bedroom, 3pc bath and sauna, large change room (or additional bedroom).
