There is low bank access on the east side and a protected dock location on the east side.
You may build a general permission dock without a permit.

If you are a good hiker you can easily climb to the building site or to reach the top a staircase and/or small tram would be needed.
Once on top there is a beautiful private forest and a sunny building site with a view all the way to Mount Baker in Washington State on a clear day.
